Well, I posted a review a few months back saying that the complex is ok. Well the sublet process was a nightmare. They gave me a few days to move out and didnt care about me trying to find a place. I never had the chance to tell them if I COULD move out... they just told me to call them and let them know. I didn't get to before they called ME and told me they promised someone my apartment and that I have to be out. WOW.... Then, a few weeks later I get a letter saying that they are keeping my deposit and charging me $500 for new paint.. What the hell!! I was only living there for 4 months. What kind of paint could possibly be needed' I never even had ANY parties, I wasn't even home half the days out of every month because of my job.
This place sucks and is overpriced.
By the way, coastal properties does have 1 good place to live. It is called ASHFORD CLUB apartments here in tallahassee. They are awesome. Check out the reviews here on this site. I can vouch for all of it. The manager here has been awesome. I don't plan on moving any time soon. For the first time in the 5 years I have rented in Tallahassee, I will be renewing my lease rather than leaving early. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
