We almost moved in to Twin Oaks sight unseen, but after reading comments here felt nervous without seeing it. On the phone and website it sounded and looked great, but it was not at all what we expected. This is NOT a new community, it also is NOT a luxury community. We saw the unit we had, that was "move in ready" and it had stains on the carpet, the quality of materials was very cheap, and it was not at all what we expected. The stairs to the loft didn't even have backs to them, and the garage door did not look like it was very secure. The grounds were not well kept, and parking looked like it would be difficult.
We highly recommend you to take a look for yourself before living here. We are glad we went to see it before and because of that are not living here! For the money you can live somewhere else that is much better!
