The complex used to be very nice and maintenance used to be very responsive. Recently things break in the common areas and they are not repaired. For example, many lights in the parking lot and around buildings have been out for some time and even after being notified of it, maintenance will not replace the bulbs, so now residents have to walk around buildings, some of which border wooded areas, in the dark. Its definitely a liability and soon enough something will happen and someone will sue. Also, the hot tub was shut down during the summer by the Department of Health.

Sincerely, wont be renewing.
