I'm an upscale gentleman, who is professional, succesful and extremely particular and discriminating when it comes to my living arrangements. I do not understand the discrepancies others have had, while I've had NOTHING but EXCELLENT experiences while being a resident here at twin oaks. From the very first encounter my wife had with the mgmt team, it's been nothing but pleasant experiences. They've been extremely accomodating, professional and all smiles to us. The maintenance team is also very competent,fast and efficient. They redefine service with a smile. The property is ALWAYS kept tidy, without super condo commando like rules and regulations. I would recommend this complex to anyone who has high expectations of an apt complex. You get what you pay for.

don't think insulting other people is going to make your point any more valid than anyone else's. We don't know you from anyone else. Your being from Miami means absolutely nothing to many people. Does that somehow give you authority on any and every apartment complex in this town? Since you are not from here, you may not know of other places that are much better than here. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Your stellar experience does not make other negative experiences null and void. Educated or otherwise, this site is to share an experience with an apartment in order to help others. If you have an issue with it, by all means share your experience, but please do not stoop so low as to insult others.

Simpleton, these people deserve a good review they EARNED it no one is giving them ANYTHING. They worked for it. Come take a look at twin oaks sometime. Compare it to all the other ---- holes in Tallahassee, its a gem...Trust me, I know you people are backward here and dont know any better, and being from Miami's South Beach I should know, I stand by my review of Twin Oaks. Does that sound better to you simpleton? I figured if I used profanity and ordinary less educated language you may understand that Twin Oaks doesnt deserve bad reviews.
