I lived in the Grove part (2 br/2.5 ba)for two years and I did like it for the most part. The grounds are nice and I felt safe and the apartments are well kept and spacious. It is a little expensive especially when they hit you with every fee they can think of, but the actual rent was worth living here and the only reason I'm moving out is because they don't allow animals. Maintenance needs to work on not coming in unannounced and fixing what they say instead of coming in our rooms for inspections that they didn't inform us about. Also like I said if they can find something to fine you on, they will. But if you want a quiet, safe, spacious, and nice apartment and you don't want animals and you have the money then "The Grove" is a good choice! It's also nice having the more party-like neighborhood right next door (U-club).
