I lived here a couple years ago, and it was the best place I ever rented. The rent was a bit expensive, but worth it.

They included the utilities in the rent, which I didn't like. The months we didn't use all of our utilities, we received NO money back. But the months we went over they charged us extra. Maybe they changed their policy now.

The internet also went down a lot. I spend a lot of time online, so it drove me crazy. Not sure what the problem was.

Other than that everything about this apartment was good. Good build quality, not too noisy, nice looking, gated, nice staff.
