I have lived at Univeristy Courtyard for 2 years.. honestly, the first year wasn't that bad.. the manager was a little difficult but you just had to know how to talk to her.. but this year (2006 to 2007) has been horrible.. the new manager is extremely --- and doesn't know how to talk to people and has no respect for anyone.. there are police at the complex almost every other weekend.. the a/c leaks every season change and the maintainance man is old and scary.. If you live in the back you don't hear that much of that's going on outside but if you have to go to your car at night, be careful because you are likely to be either questioned my a cop/ detective, hit by a speeding car, shot at or hear a shot fired, or harassed by one of the people passing through asking you to use your phone.. Oh to add to it.. if you don't know better, it's a 4/2.. sharing a bathroom isn't always the best thing to do especially if you have a smelly roommate that likes to spend 2 hours in the bathroom every morning.. oh yeah, you can hear every sound that the people up stairs makes.. moaning, groaning and all!!
