So i lived here for two years. The leasing people don't tell you the ends and outs of the contract, the manager is the BIGGEST ----- i ve ever met. They lied to me about my referrals, added in hiden fees, do not move here. Go to college club, its like 40 more a month and you get a t.v...plus its closer
The security, if you can call it that, sits in the front of the complex and watches dvds on a portable player and checks nobody...meanwhile my car was broken into twice, and there were countless shootouts last year. I have lived in the hood before, and this is prety damn close. Lock yor car doors, take out your radio and stay away from the front two buildings, because, though they face the office, thats where most of the shooting goes down................never move here!

Honestly I haven't lived there, only driven through, but that place has a bunch of HOOD looking negroes that look quite delinquent hanging around their cars or just sitting there in the car like they are stalking somebody...I am totally unsurprised by this review...and yes, I'm black!
