Grounds good, maintenance very bad

Overall, the place is comfortable, and very nice. As far as the office staff goes, they are no different than your average college town apartment staff. Generally, they're very nice until you have a problem. All smiles until you call with some authority in your voice about a problem that hasn't been fixed in a week.. a problem that's recurred multiple times since you moved in.
The Exchange is still fairly new, and expensive, so expect the place to be nice. But don't count on them owning up to their maintenance responsibilites.
Also, regarding air conditioning, if it breaks (which it did for us a lot), they won't fix it unless the outside temp is above 80 degrees. A lame excuse for laziness. Pretty ridiculous. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
