Great Place

I have lived in The Exchange for 2 years now and besides the ever changing management it has been a great place. I think you have to expect changes in management in a student town like this. They provide all they claim to and even more. They have a resident DJ who always shows up at the pool free of charge on weekends. We get free food and tons of other great perks. Plus they don't tow your friends when they come to visit.
