I've only lived at The Exchange for a year, but I have recently renewed my lease because I could not find a better place. They are one of the only student communities in Tallahassee that offers almost everything in their rent. Almost everywhere else charges extra fees for furniture, phone, cable, and internet. My favorite part of The Exchange is free tanning bed and the big pool. I've had no problems here at The Exchange, other than some minor things that were fixed within a week. I think it's definitley worth the money...
