I have lived at the exchange since the first year and I think it is great. Yes, there have been some changes in the office over the past few years, but it keeps getting better.
There have been a lot of changes recently and the people that work at the front seem to care a lot. They check up on things that are promised to make sure they are complete.
I have renewed my lease again, for the second time.
Overall, I would recomend this place to anyone looking for and apartment.
My favorite thing about the exchange is that when you take a tour of the apartment.......the one that they show you is EXACTLY how your looks when you move in.
