I've been here 2 years, nice community with a lot of stuff included in the price, but still pricey. Not a good surrounding neighborhood, office staff are often rude and incompetent. I've had several problems with the management from the first day, they lied about the terms, then I had problems with the assignment of my apartment. When I got here to move in they didn't have an apartment for me although I had already been contacted earlier in the summer telling me my supposed apartment number and roomate with whom I had already contacted and set up utilities. They then assigned me to one apartment, and then changed their minds again and moved to another. Then after that ordeal, I had a problem with an assigned roomate that was supposedly resolved with the management, but low and behold a few months later the new management was after me for money that was already resolved. I've had office staff often lie to me on the phone, put me on hold for long periods of time, and then hang up on me. It is so difficult to get ahold of a manager, phone calls are never returned and unless you have your parent call to get things fixed they won't pay any attention to you. Also a few months ago my apartment was broken into by a maintanence worker here (they used a key to get into the deadbolt), thank goodness the alarm was on and they didn't get anything or hurt us as many others in the community have been held up at gunpoint and even some shot! The managment told us that it was our fault and we were paranoid...totally blew us off. Then when we requested the changing of the locks and instillation of more security devices they sent the suspected maintenence worker up to check on us!!
The walls are paper thin and the ethernet is often down. Stay away from the back of the community its the worst back there with drunks and crazy parties EVERY night of the week not just Friday and Saturdays as expected.
It looks nice at first glance but looks can be decieving especially here!
