I have had very few problems at The Exchange I live on the 3rd floor and there is no nosie and that place is very clean and nicely kepted up. I haven't heard of any gun point and robberies and I know the maintance men and they have always been nice and one lives across the hall from me. I know it's not as close to campus as some places but it is set in the woods and it is very nice.
