I lived there for 2 years, and I only have one piece of advice for current tenants and propsetive tenants...fill out the inventory and condition form they give you when you move in, and when you turn it in...make them give you a copy, and most importantly...DO NOT LOSE THE COPY! I filled that whole thing out in detail, turned it in, and nothing got fixed. I just not got a "move out disposition" for $1200.00 for things I didn't even do or mess up. I lived there for two years, but they charge me for carpet, haven't they heard of "wear and tear'" They also charged me for cleaning...my mom and I spent 4 hours bleaching the bathroom and dusting and vaccumming the whole apartment after we moved everything out, it's just ridicoulous. They make money off of us by charging us an obscene amount of rent ($520 per room for a 2/2), but then they want to make more money off of us for move out fees. I mean, they HAVE to clean the carpet and the rooms anyway...so I don't understand. Oh well, just make sure that if you currently live there or plan on moving in that you fill out the form in detail, and ask for a copy when you turn it in, because they will SWEAR to you that you didn't turn one in, even if you know for sure that you did. Do you think they actually file those things anyway' All the people that work there are lazy, they roll their eyes when they see you walk through the door...ugh, I can't stand the place. Just please, be very very careful.

thats a d@mn shame...i live here now,and my carpet is gross,from when i moved in,if they try charging me for that im gonna be p!ssed!
