Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE! They have gotten some new employees; however, they DO NOT know what they are doing. It seems like they are trying to make improvements, but they are not succeeding. Maitenance is nothing but a big hassle, can you believe that' It's actually a HASSLE to tell them you have a problem with your apartment. I understand that there are a lot of residents to take care of in a certain span of time, but maybe that means you should HIRE MORE MAITENANCE STAFF!!! Parking in front of my buiding is impossible, getting my internet fixed when it goes down about twice a month is impossible, and feeling safe living here in the hood is also IMPOSSIBLE! I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone but drug dealers and prostitutes. If that's your scene, then this place is for you! The property itself is beautiful, it's the majority of the resident's and staff that make this hell. Do yourself and your bank account a favor, do not rent here.
