Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
As far as the niceness of the apartment, it exceeded my expectations, however, the noise was terrible, parties constantly and shootings. I am not kidding. IT is near the housing projects, so quite a dangerous surrounding area. I the bedroom which had the window to the balcony, so I heard alot of pool noise. It was a fun social environment, but dangerous. Also, my car was randomly egged.
