I have lived here for less than 3 months and I am already dying to leave. It's not a bad complex, but there are quite a few things that need a serious change....It takes them a month and a half to cash your rent checks and out of no where you will get notices saying you owe them money (that you don't really owe) and you will have to pay a late fee.

Our air conditioner broke three times in one week...and everytime they came to fix it they said it was working fine now and we would have no more problems.

They claim to have a "gated community" HA!...The gates are always wide open. I think in the 3 months I've been here the gates have been closed about 5 times.

A couple weeks ago there was even someone who had their car set on fire in the building next to us.

I would definitely recommend somewhere better to live...you can find much better places for lower costs that are much closer to all the schools.
