there is no way to get out of your lease if you want to, unless you sublet to someone else which is not easy, The management doesnt care, and lies about the location in order to get you to quickly sign the lease bc it is never 100% full, they threaten that if you do not sign now, the rent rate will increase, but as you get closer to school starting the rates drop bc they get desperate!!! u only have 3 days to pay rent, most places have 5, be careful!!! and be sure to look everything over before signing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also repairs are a joke, nothing gets done!!!
