Wow it is amazing how many negative reviews there are about the Exchange on here. Honestly, I have lived at the Exchange for 6 years. One of those years I lived in a hosue and then came back to the Exchange for 06-07. I have never had any problems other then when I lived with crappy roomates but that was my choice. The management has changed from 2001-2007. I have to say the people seem a lot more competent now then in the past that have worked at the front office.

I currently just moved out of my one bedroom apartment and was sad to do so but I ended up buying a house and had to. I felt very safe and had good neighbors who were nice and quiet. The one problem I had was with my a/c and maintenance came out around 11:00pm and fixed my a/c for me. I think the maintenance is good. Also, when I requested pest control maintenance came right away. I never had bugs/roaches in my apartment ever. I have lived in 2 2 bedrooms a 4 bedroom and then the last was a one bedroom.

The pool used to be a lot nicer when there were pool parties on Saturdays and it was more fun. Overall, the pool is not dirty it is still nice to go and layout at.

I think these reviews are harsh and it is not ghetto to say the least.
