I was impressed with the property from a passing-thru vision. This complex is close to the main highway and mall with a bus line available if needed.
However, the amentities are advertised but NOT guaranteed! Nothing ever works and when reported for maintenance, office personnel will lie without end on repair dates. Repairs cannot be completed due to lack of finances. Attempting to seek resolution from the management company who ownes this property is just as bad as listening to the office manager and personnel had off more lies and broken promises.
However, you will be sure to get an eviction notice if your rent is not paid on time!!!
