I've been here almost two weeks and I'd say don't do it. My friend is the one who really wanted this place and said she heard great things about it. Maintenance requests just seem to disappear. We were missing a desk for a week and were told (as students) a desk wasn't a priority. I'm currently waiting on them to come fix my bathroom that I filed a request for four days ago...and that a maintenance guy told me someone would be out to fix it. BTW he was here to fix our hot water heater at the time. Cold showers all around! It would have been nicer to live closer to campus with a running bus to us and having to deal with the rumored terrible maintenance at those places. Out here I have to drive to school and then worry about having to call the office when I get home to come fix something they told me they would come for 3 days ago. I've heard the saying you get what you pay for but I could be paying the same low rent closer to campus. If you live here get used the words "Probably later today or tomorrow."
