On the move in day my roommate called me and informed me that I had no furniture in bedroom and that there was a couch in the middle of my room. I called them that morning and didn't get furniture until later that night. The walls are white and so there are stains on them from the previous girls who were there. The box spring for the bed is broken and no one has yet come out to replace it, mind you they were there to put the air condition back together that they took apart a month ago. Parking sucks so bad. They didn't even clean up before we moved in. There was pee in my toilet when I moved in and the carpet looks and smells bad. My roommate's ceiling is about to fall in, there is urine leaking from it and they say they can't fix it just yet. Ugh, its terrible...its not at all what I expected for it to be. The staff is rude...the only person who is okay is Chelsea, she's nice. Maitenance is slow and work requests are ignored so nothing ever gets fixed. The jacuzzi doesn't work and the pool is always filthy. I am so over University Heights. They have excuses for everything that goes wrong. The problems keep coming. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
