I recently posted a positive review of the place, which I would like to revoke upon moving out. I miraculously ended up in a relatively clean, relatively well cared for unit. Between my roommates & I we did however have to file about 10 maintenance requests to have our dryer (which posed a severe FIRE HAZARD!!!!!) fixed. We also had to call the police because a strange man appeared incessantly knocking on our door late at night. Anyhow, while I was checking out one guy from office staff was sitting in front of me talking about how he closed early one night & left a resident waiting outside because he had a test the next day so he just turned the lights out & left like an hour early. Another girl was talking about how she thinks it's funny when they get really busy & how she takes her time & likes to watch everyone get pissed off. So, that sums up the quality of the management & staff here at University Heights. If you're lucky enough to get placed in a clean unit, the rent is dirt cheap- but it's up to you how much of your sanity you're willing to part with dealing with the staff here.
