This place was terrible. When I moved in, the hot water heater wasn't connected, there was no cable or internet, and the apartment was dirty as hell. My mom cleaned it up while I called maintenance and asked them to come hook up the hot water. The ice-maker in the fridge was busted too. The bath tub didn't have any finish in the places where it met the tile, so there was a lot of mold and ugly spots. The washer and dryer gave out on me. There is no storage space in the bathroom. The front walls of this apartment are made out of glass, but they have blinds on them. These blinds didn't block out the parking lot lights so I had trouble sleeping at night. The parking lot is cramped in the way it was designed. There is no visitor's parking so if someone visits, make sure they park on the road. The area is the worst. It's right up the street from a homeless shelter. I've literally thrown away trash into the dumpster while someone was digging through it. I've had people pass by my apartment, see me inside watching TV (remember the front walls are glass)and knock on my door asking me for money. I'm not much of a clubber so having my apartment by the strip was only annoying. But I was a freshman and had no idea what the strip even was. Anyways they've changed management like 4 times. The last I heard, Michael was the manager and he was great. He helped me sublease and get the hell out of there. I wouldn't recommend to place even to my worst enemies. Plus it's entirely too expensive.
