This apartment was absolutely horrible. I have had bad experiences with them from the beginning- from them promising a queen size bed that turned into a full size bed(which is one mattress on metal bars and I cannot wait to sleep in a regular bed) "I guess corporate didn't trickle down that information" to making my mom pay $30 to overnight my application to rent because supposedly I was competing for the last apartment (I found out that same story was told to everyone). When I moved in not only did I not have the Queen size bed but my toilet didn't work for the first week and my shower drain has never been properly fixed (I just stopped putting in maintenance requests because buying drano every 3 weeks was always easier). Maintenance requests had to be emailed (which was cute when we didn't have cable or internet for the first 3 weeks) and they always took there time in sending someone over to fix things. The new leasing agent Derek left my apartment unlocked after pest control came to spray and then blamed it on them. Not to mention the homeless population asking you for money and drugs every other day. Needless to say I invested in pepper spray as I was a girl living alone in an apartment that did not provide any sort of security. And don't plan on having your friends over because there are a total of 4 parking spots on the street with no visitor parking whatsoever (I have had a few friends towed for stopping by to say hello). Overall the staff is not helpful or knowledgeable, the maintenance men (sweet as they are) are senior citizens. I never felt safe and I went to bed listening to loud bass, squealing tires and sirens not to mention the drunk crowd between 1-2 am. This is the 3rd apartment complex I have lived in within the past 4 years and I have never experienced more problems and frustration as I did this year. I do not advise anyone to live here unless you have no car, no friends and go to the bars every night.
