These are by far the worst student apartments I have ever lived in...the new manager DEREK doesn't do his job, he is rude and terrible with people and just doesn't care about any questions you may have. I have never seen such poor management anywhere in Tallahassee...the maintenance workers never fix anything, none of the plugs in the bathroom work, heater doesn't work, and the apartment was filthy when I moved in. The new "sound proof" windows are a joke, I can still hear the loud screaming and bass from the bars every night, not to mention the bums that peer into your windows and door at night to beg for money and crack...there is no visitor parking here at all, no security, and if you have a dog they force you to walk them on a strip of weeds behind the nasty homeless-infested dumpsters or behind the building where the bar's dumpsters are in a dark alley where more bums hang out...it is disgusting, it smells like ----, not because of the couple of dogs that ---- back there, but more because of the bums that ---- back there and the rotting alcohol smell that exumes from the 6 dumpsters behind the complex! This place is the trashiest most overpriced piece of ---- I have ever lived in...please do yourself a favor, if you see that ------- Derek telling you to hurry and get an apartment b/c there is only 1 left!! Run in the opposite direction and never look back (and be careful not to trip over the bums sleeping on the ground in the parking lot)

This is rediculous. University Lofts is so close to FSU. I have not had any problems with bar noise or bums. Before Derek made the dogs walk in a certain area dog dropping were everywhere. Derek and the rest of his staff has always been helpful and curtious. I have lived here since August of 2005.

This is absolutely true. This apartment complex is the worst. You can hear the club music Mon- Sun. from 10-2. You cannot sleep. Beleive me I had to get sleeping pills in order to get a good nights rest. Derek is cool though. He is really helpful. Parking does suck. Bums do hang out in front of the apt. Although none have ever bothered me it is still kinda of strange that they just sit right there in front of the apartments. This apartment is WAY overpriced. $695 a month for college students? What a rip -off. I stayed for about 6 months then I bolted outta there.
