I chose this place blindly as an out of state student and have regretted it ever since. The "included internet" was spotty my entire lease term and I was shuffled back and forth between the owners and comcast as to who was supposed to fix the problem. In addition, I had plumming problems that started in January and weren't fixed untill early April when I threatened them with lawyers. They've lost my rent check twice - one of which was for an entire semester. After discussing the issue and explaining to the owner that I requested a copy of the check and have it to him soon, his wife called my parents (guarantors) and yelled at them for not paying my rent. I've never been able to get their online rent-pay to work. I've recently received an email stating I haven't paid rent that's already been paid. The very next day I received another extremely unprofessional email about it. Parking is a nightmare in the AM because people park there to go to class that don't live there and the management doesn't do anything about it.

It's too much to pay for poor management. I'll be moving next door for a one bedroom that's cheaper than a ULoft studio.

Remember all comments made require verification. Tenants park by decal only. As to rent issues, again tenant files are addressed individually. Rent was less money in surrounding units and could have been a motivating factor in moving.
