If you are considering moving to Vantage Point Apartments or any of Phyrst Reality's property, quickly reconsider. You cannot take the word of the property owner/manager, Johnnie Sessions. He will sell you a bunch of promises in order to get you to sign the lease then quickly disappears. There is never anyone in the office to direct your problems and concerns to and Johnnie simply doesn't care...Oh yeah, it's a drug infested area.
