I have lived here for about 2 years...I guess I am just an idiot for staying so long. The dogs run wild and no one says anything. I don't even call maintenace anymore, because they don't do a good job at all, in fact, if they did a half as job that would be okay, but they don't even do that type of job. The place looks like a dump and the previous poster was correct, this complex is treated like a step-child. A step-child that no one wants...a step-child no one acknowleges.
The complex is a part of Tuscany Village, but don't let that fool you...it is not nice, nice looking or anything except a dump that no one cares about. The other week I went to wash at the laundry. It was filthy and smelled horribly. I called the office and they acted as if it was no problem to come and clean it...well dahhhhh...it should have been cleaned, but the way it looked and smelled it hadn't been for months.

Also, the rent is getting cheaper, which should say something. Rent doesn't usually get cheaper.

Stay away.
