The previous reviewer was absolutely right on a lot of scores. Since we've moved in, most of the amenities that were promised have failed to materialize, and they've actually removed some of the existing ones.

-At move in, 2006, there were maybe a dozen visitor parking spaces in the entire complex. Since then, they've been removed with the explanation "we wanted to make room for our residents." So now any guests you might like to have are supposed to park 2 blocks away, across 5 lanes of traffic. And the towing company is vicious- it only takes one friend having to pay 100 bucks to get their car back before you don't have any friends coming over, ever.
-The on-site workout facility that was promised has also never materialized. Every month, it was some excuse, until finally they just moved their office into the space the workout room was supposed to have. They have a couple of weight racks in there now, but that's hardly anything, and the only time you can get to it is when the office is open, at a time when most people are at work or in class.
-They will do everything in their power to screw you. There's no rent drop box anywhere, they close randomly in the middle of the day, all to try and force you to pay the exorbitant late fee charge. They also have some convoluted contract whereby you get ripped off for almost all of the last month of your rent if you choose not to renew.

And honestly, I don't think they want you to renew. They obviously don't care about keeping residents, just getting that signing bonus for getting new ones. On top of everything else, they had the gall to cry poor and raise rents for all existing residents, so it goes from barely affordable to out of the average college student's reach as of August 2007.
