This plays blows big, first of all they made a huge amount of promises they never fullfilled. They used to have ten visitor spots in this huge cespool which is nothing. They then decided that it would be in the best interest of themseleves and the contract with the towing company to take that away from us. Now they tell us that if we want to have friends they need to park across 3 blocks away across a busy intersection where god knows how many drunk people drive through. They tow beastly here its def. not worth to ever park here, they make money with professional parking servies. They also make these crappy monthly newsletters that always tell us what NOT to DO! How they threaten to fine us for bad smells, debris such as a napkins found on the floors of our apartments per piece of trash($75). If your girlfriend or friends visit they can not spend the night or they threaten to fine you. They threaten you for everything, telling you "you can not do this", you can do that, you can not have this. These red flagged corporate american rebels which are detrimental to the common wealth in the upcoming generation of developing sucessful college students, they will try to do everything to rip us off. They close the leasing office early when rent is due, they also try to get you for late fees $50 for every day rent is late, for christ sake we have to pay outrageous utility bills in which tallahassee makes all their profits, even water bills.
They tried to raise rent on us and said rent would go up $200 ( as if rent was not already ridiculously expensive) for the following year. They play games here most definitely to rip us and our hardworking corporate fighting struggling parents.
Did i mention they come into your apartment three times a month sometimes just to see if everything is the way it is "suppose to be", absolutely ridiculous. Ive had maintenance banging on my door on three ocassions during the year where i was getting down with some lady friends. These are some money grubbing sons of ------- that run business with these crappy cookie cutter fisher price cuppy holding living quarters for college students. Don't make the same mistake everyone of us made by living here. There is no pay off even with a straight A semester like the one i had. Thank you for your time, don't feed into businesses like these. Its set up so that the staff who works here makes monetary profit for keeping the premises under extreme control at the expense of our higly motivated and dedicated lifestlyes, don't let people like these hold you back from a future you deserve.
oh yeah walls are paper thin, and the neighborhood has alot of crack heads and "hoods" that come around checking doors and cars for a quick come up so I don't feel it is safe. Everything also falls apart very poorly renivated don't let them fool you.
