Decent complex (for the price)

I have lived in the Morning Star complex for the past 3 years. The office staff has changed every year that I've been here so things aren't very organized. Sometimes it takes a long time and a lot of persistance to get things fixed within the apartment. The place was built a really long time ago and all of the appliances are ancient. Also, my air conditioner has broke 4 times since I've lived here and I can say that it is not fun to sleep in an apartment that is 87 degrees inside. For what it costs to live here, it's alright.
