Villa San Carlo advertises itself as the "quiet place to live" but I don't think I've had a truly quiet moment since I moved in about six months ago. The complex is remodeling, which means having to wake up to construction noise EVERY weekday morning starting around 7:45 am. The lease states that any inconveniences caused by the construction are meant to be offset by the low rental rate...which in turn is among the more expensive for the space in tallahassee. This could be a really nice place to live, and once the construction is ALL done, I'm sure it will be. But until then, I suggest you live somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
