We had a continuous roach problem, even after speaking with the front desk each month. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. The hot tub did not work for the majority of the time we lived there, and the pool was even shut down for a period of time by the Health Dept. The grounds are not very well kept. Our washer broke and flooded our apartment, and after we moved out, they tried to charge us for the stain it left, even though the accident was reported at the time. My truck, along with about 10 other vehicles were broken into.

I definitely do not recommend this to anyone.
