The experience at Villa san carlo was NOT a good one. I lived in the 3 year old 4-4 buildings, and it was awful. Not only are the walls paper thin, but they try to charge you for everything your worth... which in being a college student is ludacris. For instance, the dumpsters were over flowing, not to mention leaving a smell around the whole area, and with no other place to set trash, residents had to place trash by the dumpster, which later got searched and proaded through and whatever names they found on papers, charged $75.00. Not only that, they charged 475 when I was there, and have raised it up more than a hundred dollars to 570! After moving out, they charged my roommate for a 'ring' in the toilet, along with several other bogus charges like a 'broken' microwave that was in perfect working order, (88 dollars each roommate, making it a 352 dollar microwave'') Just a word of warning... DON'T DO IT. If you value your money, you'll find somewhere else. : )
