Do NOT pay the express checkout fee and when you move in, write down EVERY little scratch and dent you find on the move in paperwork. Even then, they will try to make you pay for pre-existing damage. They express checkout fee is crap, they just take the money and still deduct from your deposit. And their repairman caused damage to my personal property, but still took 2 months to repair a leak from my bathroom ceiling.

this place sucks so bad they tried to make me pay for damages that were already there when i moved in the damn place is so old they want us to pay for their maintenance.
