They try to hype it up in the apartment finder magazine but its sucks! When me and my roommates moved in the apartment was filthy! They had not attempted to clean paint vacuum or spray anything. I had to act a pure fool in the office to get them to send someone down immediately to address the problem. The apartment was infested with roaches and little black bugs. My room had roaches dead in the closet and drawers. Not to mention dead bugs in the refrigerator and in the cabinets. The carpet was worn and filthy with spots and holes. My bathroom was the worst. the linoleum was rolling up off the floor by the edge of the tub and toilet so the bar cement floor was visible. My roommates tub had grimy stains in them that would not come out and the lock on our back door is broken still to this day. We have never used our dishwasher they never came to fix it. very old appliances the dryer takes three cycles to dry clothes needless to say higher light bill. we live on the first floor so that is very dangerous for us girls to have a broken back door lock. The noise is ridiculous and parking for your guests is horrible. The security at the front need to find a place to die in. and they have students working in the front office no help at all! the manager is never there. save your money and yorself the headache do not move here!
