They are a hugh rip off. They prey on college students and hold the majority of most previous tennant's security deposit and make you pay additional money for ridiculous, bogus charges. Please take my advice and don't make the same mistake that I made. Take plenty of pictures upon move-in (if you decide to stay here) and have them sign a form at the beginning stating that the pictures you took were from the actual move-in, then request to do a walk-through inspection with them before you vaccate the premise because they will plant items on you and say that you left them when in deed you didn't and charge you extra money for them.
