Whitehall was fine until a new manager was hired early in Fall of 2004. She is ignorant, illiterate and just plain stupid. She refuses to return your calls about maintence and when your problem is finally fixed YOU GET CHARGED! I do not recommend Whitehall as long as this woman is working here. I was also lied to by this woman more than once. Very unprofessional and one hell of a pain in the ass to deal with!!!
