My roommate and I moved into what we thought was a decent apartment. I mean it was $750 for a 3br/2bth. We had issues with our bathrooms flooding. I would wake up in the mornings and my flip flops would be floating across my bathroom floor. And the smell, OH MY GOD. A plumber told us he had to smell s*%t for a living and he couldn't deal with this smell. Well after they jackhammered the floor, and bootlegged some kind of piping systems that ran outside we thought problem fixed, right' WRONG. It started happening again, and this time we found out that the smell was sewer gas. How disgusting is that. We demanded to be put into a hotel until the situation was fixed. And they had the nerve to keep our deposit. I would not recommend Windrush to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
