Loved it at The Evergreens I was a graduate student at FSU for two years and I loved living over in Phase I. The pool and hot tub always worked, and the gates always worked... which is more than I can say for some of the other communities I lived at in Tallahassee.

Like! I recently moved here. I must say that I really love my new apartment. I love the new carpet and the fact that it comes with a washer/dryer. The location is great because I don't have to go far for anything I need. I would definitely recommend moving here
