The apartment is adequate but the type of people they allow to move in here are migrant workers who let everyone they know also move in with them. So you have a constant turn over of 10 to 12 people moving in and out of the same apartment. And this is done without the leasing managements consent nor do they care when they are told about the problem. It's easy to figure out which apartments it is, juts look for the Corona bottles. Where in the hell is INS when you need them' Parking is a complete nightmare. Especially when you have two people living in one apartment who have 4 or 5 cars. They become selfish pigs and force normal residents to park far away from their own building. The noise is also bad, lots of riff raff cruising or parking in the lot blasting thier bass music at all hours of the day or night. Not to mention the blantent drug deals that go on at all hours of the night. And as for the management, forget it. I can never get anything done with them or they always have an excuse as to why they can't do this or that. Never positive. On the good side, the owner did quickly replace the roof after the hurricane and he tries to keep things up to par. The maintenace guy is pretty good too and easy to get along with. He is of more help than anyone else at the office and if you need anything, you should look him up first before going to the main office.
