This grounds of Golf Villas are nice..The Management is horrible..Kenneth Sanchez manger..does not listen to issues and does not try to work with you unless you speak spanish...I've lived here for two years and there and people moving in out of apartments on a monthly basis..There have been alot of complaints abt Sanchez alot of people moved out because of him..He got rid of all the black maintenance workers and replaced them with --------- including the secretary...Living here now feels like Mexico...he give me a notice for standing outside of my apartment with a friend...while there are -------- drinking coronas, barberquing and entertaining..with their children running up and down the stairs and through the building..the appliance in the apt is horrible and the promise to change when I signed my lease..then I was told that there is not money in their budget for appliances..All the apts are roach infested..Do your self a favor do not move here..you'll regrest it..and Sanchez tries to scam you out of alot of money when you decide to move out.....There are alot of other beautiful communities in Tamarac with better management...

my family no longer live at Golf Villas so there is no need to come in .....but you should be speaking to the residents that still live in building 7
