I moved here about a year ago and I like it. When I first moved in the parking was inadequate but has improved recently I think because a lot of people moved out. It's VERY quiet. Although it's not gated I feel safe. I think it's just a little bit over priced since the cabinets and fixtures are old and most of the work done was cosmetic. My experience has been great with very limited maintenance calls. And everyone in the management office is very nice......especially Ingrid. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for something reasonably priced in a nice quiet area.
