Palm Island is a great place to live especially starting off. The people in the front office are very helpful and understanding. As you know we're all living in a life that is very unpredicatable. I can say off hand that they will definitely work with you when it comes to paying the rent. There are very friendly and courteous neighbors. The area is nice. Overall, if your looking for something decent and affordable this is the place to be.
