Not great, good - I have lived here for 2 years now, 2007-2009 and my expectations were higher for a place like this. Tamarac lady - I have lived here for three years now and still love it! The staff are attentive to the residents particular needs and do their very best to take care of issues that come up. It is quiet, safe and well maintained. The rent goes up every year, but what doesn't?
