I love this place! - I live here and love the building. It's a tiny walk to Bayshore, which is always fun for exercising or looking at the view. Also, I can walk or $5 taxi to the South Tampa restaurants and bars. Mostly a younger crowd, so there's always something to do and people to hang out with.
