Nice Small Community - The complex is an older complex. But not as old as many. The size of it makes it nice for meeting your neighbors easily. The rent is set at a nice price. Nice and Quiet! - This was my first apartment when I moved to Tampa. We loved the area because it was quiet and friendly. There are always people walking their dogs.
