I have to say I wasn't overly excited when I moved into Breckenridge, but it was because I was moving into a new place. I moved in on my own in the middle of a lease and, though the apartment has four rooms, I had one roommate - the others had either moved out or were never there. I did end up having an older roommate who already had two kids, which I thought was wierd because it was a "college community" and she didn't seem to be actively attending, but things were still great.

Roommate matching was great - the girls I live with now are awesome - they moved in as a group but we all get along very well.

Any maintenence issues are cleared up within 24 hours of your request and it's done right - not just rigged. We have had some misunderstandings with staff as to late payments (how many days considers it to be late' and are these normal days or business days') but so far no laege problems. The office staff is nice - just make some small talk and they will learn your name.

Overall, good experience. Some noise on the weekends but not too often. Keep in mind this is a college setting.
